He studied at RAU and followed a career in the corporate world but he was always involved in his father's building projects which was mainly to buy vacant land, build a house and sell.
Johan designed all the houses built by Henro's Construction.
In 2018 Johan decided to bid farewell to the corporate world to go full time into construction for both commercial and residential properties. Connect Property Group was registered with Connect Construction as a division.
